How do I recognize a real Pomme pidou?

There are two ways to check the authenticity of your Pomme pidou pet. All our items come with a little passport that tells you the name and wears the Pomme pidou label. However, it is possible that the passport got lost overtime. You can check if there is a Pomme pidou stamp on the cap on the bottom of your money box. Do you see a brand name and a label? Congratulations! You are the lucky owner of a real Pomme pidou pet! Still not sure if it's a real Pomme pidou? Contact us!

Do all coins fit my money box?

Yes! The slot in the money boxes are all up to 3,8cm long which should cover all the available coins.

Why is my Pomme pidou pet not identical to the one on the pictures on the website? 

No, your Pomme pidou pet isn't ill! Due to the hand made production process each item is unique. One by one, the items are covered with their lovely pattern and that makes that the pattern might be slightly moved to the left, right, higher or lower. 

Why are some parts of the pattern blurred?

Due to the heating process some parts of the pattern are blurred. This is completely normal and we try to limit this. 

Why are the colours fading?

Just like real animals, the Pomme pidou pets do not enjoy much sunlight and water. Don't put them into direct sunlight for too long and do not wash them with water. 

Do I get a Pomme pidou gift box with my order?

Yes! Every Pomme pidou product comes with a free gift box.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order as long as it's not dispatched. Once your package is ready to be sent, the order cannot be changed or canceled any longer. If you want to change or cancel your order, we recommend to call us as soon as possible.  

I did not receive an order confirmation, what do I do?

It's possible that your order confirmation e-mail ended up in your SPAM inbox, so please check that first! Add our e-mail address to you address book and you'll avoid this problem in the future. If you still do not find the confirmation e-mail in you spam box either, we advise you to contact us.

How do I know if a Pomme pidou product is in stock?

At every product page you can see if the product is in or out of stock. If the product is not in stock, you can leave your e-mail address and you will be automatically notified when the product comes back in stock. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to buy online. However, we do recommend you to create one as we regularly inform our customers of promotions and novelties. Creating an account is quick and easy!
